Before you can access the on-line repeat prescription ordering service you need to contact the surgery for your personalised log-in details. You can do this in person, by phone, or by sending an email to the surgery in the 'Contact details' section of the website.

Repeat Prescriptionsmulticolour_pills

Repeat Prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:

  • Posting your request to us at the practice.
  • Delivering your repeat  slip to the red box at reception.
  • Completing a repeat prescription request form at reception and placing it in the red box.
  • Ordering on our website via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

We do not take telephone requests unless you are elderly or housebound.

We can send your prescription direct to your local chemist.  When submitting your request, please write the name of the chemist with whom you would like to collect it from, if this information does not already appear on your prescription slip.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
